Read the Bare Act & Judgements under each Section in Single Window

When you browse for Bare Acts, along with the text of each section of the Act; Judgment under each section can be accessed from a single window.

How it Works:

• Click on any Act name; Index / list of sections of the Act is populated
• Once you select a section to read, a new window with the Text of the section will open. In the same window, the judgments related to the section will appear in the bottom.
• By default only Supreme Court judgments are visible; there is an option of viewing other courts judgment by selecting the court from dropdown of ‘REFINE BY’.
  • Bare Acts can be accessed from the Table of Content [TOC], appearing in the Left Pane of the window.
