Search in Relevant Section Field

• Relevant Section
  • These are the sections/provisions which have been discussed or relied on in the case, for deciding the question of law involved in the case / for resolution of dispute/ for disposal of the matter.
  • The relevant section/s are identified by the editors and appear as a separate field for ready reference.
• The interface enables the user to search for Judgments specifically in the Relevant Section which have been discussed/ relied on in the case.
• This searches in Judgments which have the relevant section field.

How it Works:

• This feature can be accessed from the Legal Search Tab on Manupatra.
  
• Under Advance Search, look up the option at end of the interface –Relevant Section Field Search
  
• Select Act Type - Central/State(India) or Bangladesh.
• Further select the Act Name under which you want to search.
• Specify the Section /Order/Rule/Schedule/Article number under which you want to search for Judgments.
