Steps to Access these Drafts on Manupatra:

  • Go to Bare Acts (Statutes) / Rules and Regulations in the Table of Contents.
  • Contents.
  • Select Bare Acts (Statutes).
  • On the right-hand side, click on Draft Consultation Documents.
